Yes, with the API_CALL step type you can integrate any external service – CRM systems, calendar bookings, webhook calls, or your own backend services. Responses are directly incorporated into your workflow and can be used for decisions or responses.

With the ESCALATE step and our 6 condition types (intent, sentiment, keywords, field values, AI decision, always), you precisely define when an inquiry is forwarded to your team. You determine the escalation channels (email, ticket system, live chat) and what information is passed along. This way, you don't lose important inquiries while routine is handled automatically.

No. The visual drag & drop editor is designed for business users. You drag steps onto the canvas, connect them with lines, and configure them through simple forms. For advanced integrations, we offer a REST API – but for 90% of use cases, the visual editor is completely sufficient.
